Our Family is growing up so fast!

2007 - We started with 1 horse, 3 dogs and 1 rabbit.

2008 - We’ve lost the rabbit, Silly, to old age, but gained 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 turkeys and are up to 18 horses.

2009 - 4 dogs 2 cats 23 horses and we ate one turkey lost one , 3 foals born this year

Gourmet is the original horse. He is a 1990 Arab gelding from Magness Arabians in Colorado. He was a show horse, lesson horse and even did an endurance ride. There is not much he won’t do. But right now he is enjoying retirement with a wonderful new family

Buddy- Black lab is so obsessed over food that he dropped 2 bones he was holding at the hopes that he would get more food

RIP sweet boy

Lucy-The cutest stray dog. She came to us out of the blue and we fell for her right away. She is home now!

Bob and Maggie the barn cats. Bob likes to steal Maggie’s food. They were left with a good friend in CO, to live out their lives as the king and queen of the barn

Marshall- our local water boy! Bring in the buckets after feeding. And brings the horses in while we are trying to send them out to play.

Chris Sable is an avid mountain climber, outdoors man, and the brains behind building Sable Ranch.

Allison Gelfand now Sable is a horse addict and is the on site horse trainer. She holds her Animal Science degree and teaching certificates from CSU and has over 17 years of training horses.

2010 - 4 dogs 2 cats 16 horses, Sold several, 2 passed away, 3 girls born this year that will be kept. Got Engaged

Wedding Day !!

2011 - 4 dogs down to 2 Saddly the 2 old dogs passed away. 15 horses Flew to Australia, 1 born this year and 2 sold, 1 passed away, Added Maiko to the family

Got Married

2012- Start Australia with 2 dogs, 15 horses and 7 babies due to be born this year. Saddly lost 1 mare in foal and 1 foal
