Demos
Demo saddles are available in select sizes and models. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our store, packages must be insured for the full value of the saddle. You will be charged for the full value of the saddle plus shipping prior to us shipping out the saddle. We will refund the cost of the saddle less shipping and any damages on arrival. We are happy to ship a gullet system with the saddle for proper fitting to your horse, or the size you think you need installed in the saddle. The same billing will apply to the gullet as to the saddle. When riding in the saddle please wrap the stirrups in long socks to protect the saddle from wear. We photograph all saddles prior to shipping and when they are returned. If you decide to keep the demo saddle you will get a 20% discount on the advertised price and we will mail you the rest of the gullet system (screws or remaining gullets). If you choose to get a different size, color or model simply return the demo and we will order the saddle you need for you.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we can accept returns at a 15% restocking
